अभी शादी की मौसम चल रही है ऐसे शादी के मौसम में हैदराबाद से उदयपुर से ६० किमी दूर गांव मे अपने ल़डके के मित्र की शादी में आए हुए थे। शादी के जश्न दौरान उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ने से उनको उदयपुर प्राइवेट अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां उसको मृत घोषित किया गया ।

Due to multiple sores in left foot , complainant consulted opponent doctor on 11/06/2014 who did dressing and prescribed medicines. After repeated dressing and medicines, his foot condition was not improved and infection flared so on 10/08/204, Opponent doctor again did operation on affected foot but after that complainant consulted in Ahmedabad also where he again....

Due to dimness of vision in Right eye, complainant consulted opponent doctor who advised Cataract surgery on right eye. So on 16/07/2016 Cataract surgery performed on same eye of complainant by Opponent doctor. Even after surgery, vision was not improved and ultimately he was diagnosed as having dislocation of lens in right eye so Opponent doctor advised to insert new lens on same eye. On dissatisfied with the treatment of Opponent Doctor, complainant lodged the complaint asking compensation of Rs.15,00,000....
